What's happening at Arscott GC

We have a busy schedule of events here at Arscott Golf Club over the coming months so here is a little advance notice of what's on offer...........

On Friday31st October we have a Spanish Tapas and Wine Tasting evening. Back by popular demand following last year's successful evening this year's promises to be even better. Tapas and wines included in the £15 ticket price will ensure a sell out so members are advised to purchase their tickets early. Tickets available at the bar or call 01743 860881

With just enough time to tidy up from the Tapas evening we quickly follow with our annual Bonfire Party on Saturday 1st November. Fireworks and food for just £5, children under 12 go free. The bonfire will be lit at 6.30 pm, fireworks to follow. Tickets available from the bar. Call 01743 860881 to reserve yours.

Another one for the children, the Children's Christmas Party on Saturday 20th December. This event is free to the children and grand children of Club members and every child will receive a present from Father Christmas.

And finally for 2014 our New Years Eve Party with a buffet dinner and dancing the night away from 7.30pm - 1.00am. Bookings being taken and at only £20 a ticket this again should be a great event.

In addition to these events Phil and Sally have some plans for the Winter months including introducing a monthly music night, an in house pub games knockout for when the weather is bad and continuing with their popular Sunday Lunches and don't forget the monthly Quiz Night on the last Wednesday each month, the next one is on the 29th October.

The result was a draw 5 1/2 - 5 1/2 after a honourable missed putt at the 18th.
